New Trial 1; Share the Theme

コンテストのテーマを、

「ここからはじまる/ On Your Mark」

とします。

何をする？：

今回のテーマ『ここからはじまる』を参加者の皆さんに自分事として捉えていただき、今回のコンテストを通して一歩踏み出したい事（成長したいこと等）を事前にアンケートを取る。

懇親会に参加された方にはインタビューしてコンテストを終えてどうだったかを伺う。



目的は？：

テーマはコンテストに関わるメンバーが同じ方向を向いて行動する基となります。

例えば判断に迷った時には、そのテーマに沿っているかどうかということも判断基準と成り得ます。

今回はテーマをより認識していただくために、自分事に落とし込んでいただくと共に、懇親会のインタビューによってお互いに共感したり刺激を受けることが出来れば最高です。





What?:

Please read the theme "On your mark!" as your keyword for 1 month.

We will take questionnaire before the Contest.

The questionnaire asks your new one step(to grow) until the contest day.

When you attend the party, we will ask the result.



What is the Purpose?:

A theme serves as a basis which the member in connection with a contest turns to the same direction, and acts.

When we waver in decision, the theme will guide us.

To have a theme recognized stronger this time, please have it drop into yourself.

It will be fruitful when we share your feelings and experiences through interview at the party after the contest.
